I reached out to Tim and Chris from TLC Duct Cleaning as I needed to have my dryer vent serviced. They were both so professional, prompt, easy to work with and helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate my schedule. While conducting the work, they discovered things that needed to be addressed immediately. It is an understatement when I say they went out of their way to make sure they did the right thing, the correct way, and offered help and a solution. I called TLC to get a cleaning of my dryer duct. I was having an issue with flow and also condensation buildup. They came and realized I not only had a clog but a kink in my flex hose. They fixed it and I was good to go. Tim and Chris were both extremely knowledgeable and handled my issue swiftly. They were neat, organized and left me zero mess! I will be using them for my yearly cleaning going forward.

I tried a few different companies to have my mini splits cleaned and was disappointed in all of them. TLC was the only company that took my Daikin mini splits apart and got them completely cleaned. My Mr Cool unit couldn’t be taken apart but after only one month of having it cleaned by another company the water was dark brown after cleaning it, due to it not being cleaned properly prior to TLC. I highly recommend them.

These guys are great, reasonably priced, and easy to deal with. Chris and Tim were both professional and cleaned all the ducts in my house with ease. I had my dryer vent, ac ducts, and the outside condenser cleaned in just a few hours and it made everything work so much better. Air in the house is cleaner and no more waiting an hour and a half for my clothes to dry.
